Step out on the balcony of this B&B, located just a 7 minute walk from St. Peter's Square, and look up at a stunning view of Michelangelo's dome on St. Peter's Basilica brilliantly lit in the evening moonlight. During the day, look down from the balcony onto an ample garden area. This newly remodeled apartment has a large, private room with a double sofa bed, ventilation and air conditioning. If you are in Rome during a warm period and would like to use the air conditioning there would be an additional charge of 5 Euros a day. The newly installed private bath is across the hall and has a stall shower. There is a free Wi-FI Internet connection if guests have their own computer. Breakfast will be served in a large, sunny kitchen however the kitchen is not available for general guest use. From St. Peter's Square it is just a short walk to some of Rome's major, historical attractions; P.zza Navona, the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain. If you prefer public transportation, there are numerous buses just around the corner from the apartment that quickly connect to all sections of Rome. The host, an American international film publicist based in Rome since the '70s, will be happy to provide guests with tourist information and suggestions to assure them a delightful vacation. This is a no smoking B&B and there are two friendly cats in the house.
